  • Distribute marketing materials and coordinate on-site promotional activities.
  • Identify and pursue new grassroots outreach and partnership opportunities.
  • Capture photos, video, and stories from events for use in social and marketing campaigns.

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, on-brand manner.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt content to grow reach and engagement.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, leads).
  • Support email campaigns, promotions, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed.

    General

  • Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all channels and in-person interactions.
  • Ensure all marketing content is sensitive, stigma-free, and compliant with HIPAA and applicable privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with the practice principals on campaign planning and execution.
  • Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with major social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Comfortable working in the community and engaging with the public in person.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (for travel to events and partner sites).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.

    Preferred

  • Experience in behavioral health, mental health, healthcare, or a service-based industry.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and marketing within a healthcare/behavioral health setting.
