Position Summary Digital Marketing Analyst Marketing & Communications Full-Time Southeast Missouri State University's Office of Marketing & Communications is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Analyst to analyze and leverage data to inform and enhance strategic marketing decisions, optimize campaign performance, and achieve strategic goals. Primary Responsibilities Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing and enrollment data to identify trends and optimizations Create best-practice marketing reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization from multiple data sources Utilize data insight tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Brightedge, social media insights, ad platforms, and customer relationship management system insights to create goals based on analysis of these data sets Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks across paid media, email, web, SEO, social media, and content marketing Guide the University's organic search strategy, supervising an SEO strategist to improve search visibility, keyword opportunities, AI search developments, and technical SEO performance Enthusiastically collaborate with team members to achieve University goals, create effective campaigns, and elevate the SEMO brand Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree, Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, analytics, data science, mathematics, statistics or related field is a plus Experience with database and model design, segmentation techniques and data mining Experience with marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Brightedge, social media insights and ad management platforms as well as strong Excel skills Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO/AEO best practices with a passion for staying current with industry trends and technologies Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations Superior time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and the discipline to deliver projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Required Information & Deadline Application Deadline: To ensure full consideration, applications must be received by August 7, 2026.
