As our new Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative social media strategies that make a real difference. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll not only manage day-to-day client social programs but also shape the careers of aspiring social analysts.
What You'll Do:
As a Supervisor, Paid Social, you will be a strategic partner and hands-on leader, driving success for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead a dedicated client/brand social team, guiding the development and execution of impactful paid social media strategies across major networks.
  • Client & Brand Mastery: Cultivate a deep understanding of our clients' brands and the specific disease states they address, identifying how paid social can best serve their target audiences.
  • Measurement & Analytics: Collaborate with our analytics team to define robust measurement plans, ensuring data-driven insights power our social media efforts.
  • Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of client social media programs, ensuring excellence in execution and performance.
  • Team Development: Mentor and manage 1-2 social analysts, fostering their growth and guiding them through their career paths.
  • Insight Generation: Leverage advanced social listening tools for comprehensive planning, competitive analysis, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
  • Campaign Innovation: Drive the creation of compelling social media campaigns that deliver tangible benefits and connect authentically with targeted audiences.
  • Growth Opportunities: Actively participate in new business pitches and proposals, contributing your expertise to CMI's continued expansion.

What You'll Bring:
We're looking for a motivated and experienced professional with:
  • Experience:
  • 1-2 years of proven management or mentorship experience.
  • Strong background in managing large budgets and crafting detailed scopes of work (SOWs).
  • Agency experience is a significant plus.
  • Prior experience in media/paid social is a plus.
  • Healthcare/Pharmaceutical background is a plus.
  • Technical Acumen:
  • Expertise in managing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and various bid management tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with social listening tools for strategic planning and analysis.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, communications, business, or any quantitative or analytical related fields.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate client objectives into actionable social media strategies.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70,000  to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
