Job description

SUMMARY:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand’s online presence across various social media platforms. You will create engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and develop strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role will be responsible for facilitating content creation, editing, scheduling/posting, community managing and UGC optimization across all social media platforms. This role will also oversee the photography + videography execution for formal and informal photoshoots across the brand and all properties as well as the management of Influencer relations in tandem with the support of the company PR agency.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Social Media:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the community to foster brand loyalty.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations for improvement and regularly review social metrics and performance data to optimize content strategies and maximize ROI on campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with Marketing team and channel business leads for overall programming in social media to ensure tactics ladder to overall brand strategy, seasonal campaigns, and goals.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to optimize strategy.
  • Oversee social media Influencer/creator program for all social accounts.
  • Liaison between all LDV social accounts and creators/Influencers/social media accounts for collaborations and communications.
  • Assist in influencer collaborations, partnerships, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in creative direction for photography, videography shoots as well as produces and edits the photo + video content.
  • Capture low-lift brand appropriate content, inclusive of photo, video, and ‘live’ experiences. (i.e. behind-the-scenes, employee Q&As, restaurant/bar/hotel visits, etc.)
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Act as a key point of contact for managing sensitive social situations, ensuring brand reputation is upheld across platforms.

Influencer:

  • Lead and organize the LDV Brand Ambassador Program which supports the outbound and inbound management of Influencer relations for each venue.
  • Create and execute Influencer Agreements with relevant deliverables for each creator at each respective venue.
  • Oversee the follow-through of hosting dines at our restaurants and liaise with on-site restaurant teams to ensure the dine is upheld in full.

  • Work in tandem with our hotel partners on Influencer hotel collaboration opportunities to pull through their visits to our on-site outlets at each respective hotel when requested and when approved by Director of Marketing.

Photography & Videography:

  • Help management the oversight of all venue photography + videography needs both small scale and large scale.
  • Work with marketing team to create and fully approve shot lists for all photoshoots and assure the shot list is sent to photographers/videographers and on-site venue teams at least 1-week before the shoot.

  • Lead pre-shoot meetings with photographers/videographers and on-site venue teams.
  • Create a list and follow the list of all on-site shoot SOPs.
  • Maintain the in-house camera and support the usage of the camera with mini photoshoots on-site and for internal venue needs when requested and appropriate.

Public Relations:

  • Help lead communication with PR agency and maintain follow-up with agency items specifically when it pertains to social media campaigns and Influencer.
  • Work with PR agency to develop lists to maintain influencer management and assure there are cycles of on-brand and relevant influencers, creators & tastemakers visiting on-site for all venues.
  • Confirm influencer and VIP lists for all preview period and marketing events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the hospitality industry and the working function of restaurants & hotels as well as the aptitude to develop relationships with staff service and VIP’s.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Experience working with influencers or brand partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to spend time each week in all local NY venues & locations to capture content and relationship build with staff, VIP’s and Influencers.
