Join Sentry’s team as a Social Media Strategist – Digital Reputation!

What You'll Do

As a Social Media Strategist – Digital Reputation, you will:

  • Continuously track brand mentions, sentiment, and conversations across social media, forums, blogs, review sites, and search results.

  • Collaborate with departments outside marketing to escalate and resolve digital concerns.

  • Use social listening and reputation tools to detect emerging risks and opportunities.

  • Analyze digital footprint by auditing search engine results to identify negative or irrelevant content to suppress or address.

  • Benchmark competitor reputation performance and strategies sharing insights with SEO, PR, and Digital Content partners.

  • Create dashboards and recurring reports on digital reputation KPIs (sentiment, review trends, search visibility, threat indicators).

  • Assist with the development and enhancements of social media strategies as it relates to digital reputation.

  • Evaluate current use of social media tools and technologies to recommend changes to increase efficiency.

What it Takes

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years related work experience.

  • Ability to understand how to translate business objectives into social media strategies.

  • Hands on experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, TikTok, etc.

  • Strong attention to detail, with an eye for timelines and deadlines.

  • Self-starter with an ability to multi-task.

  • Experience with social listening including building reports, responding to comments, questions and sharing community dialogue.

  • Proven experience in optimizing social media experiences.

  • Experience in working in both B2B and B2C environments.

  • Must possess a data-driven mindset.
