Pay Range: $15.20 to $20.56
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Digital Marketing Intern - La Crosse, WI: Kwik Trip, Inc.'s Marketing department is seeking an individual who will assist with various projects, as well as the creation and execution of materials that support the Digital Marketing Team's goals.
Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assist with Kwik Trip, Inc.'s Influencer/Athlete program by researching potential partners, sending care packages, drafting contracts, and assisting with video/photo shoots
• Utilize Kwik Trip, Inc.'s influencer management platform to discover new partners, organize deliverables, set up campaigns, and analyze performance metrics on a weekly basis
• Assist Digital Marketing Team with various Merchandise tasks and projects including retail activation and kwiktripmerch.com efforts
• Engage with social media fans and influencers to promote Kwik Trip Inc.'s reputation across owned and earned social channels
• Collaborate on ideating content for Kwik Trip, Inc. Influencer/Athletes, as well as owned Kwik Trip social media accounts on active social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and BeReal)
• Take high quality photographs and videos for use on social channels
• Contribute to the execution of digital marketing campaigns across key digital channels
• Assist with office administrative duties when necessary
Qualifications:
• Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field of study
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and KPIs to accurately create and evaluate marketing materials
• Understanding of basic marketing principles to align social media and influencer strategy with greater marketing goals
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software with understanding of image formatting, editing, and enhancing techniques for photo editing
• Basic knowledge of video editing software, such as CapCut
• Proven creativity with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proven multi-tasking abilities on multiple projects at a time
Work Schedule: This is a paid internship that will last approximately 6 months. Hours may vary with workload, but interested students must be willing to work up to 20 hours per week Monday through Friday during the school semesters and potentially up to 40 hours during school breaks. It is important to note that we offer flexibility with school scheduling.
