Responsibilities

HealthNet's Marketing & Outreach Department plays a vital role in raising awareness about the services we provide. Interns gain hands-on experience in key areas such as community outreach, event planning, publication design, social media planning and strategy, internal communications, marketing, and website content writing. This opportunity allows interns to make a direct impact by helping connect more individuals to essential health care services. ย 


ย Key responsibilities include

  • Assist in the development of marketing and outreach materials (flyers, handouts, digital content, email campaigns)ย 
  • Support community outreach efforts including logistics, volunteer scheduling, material preparation, post-event engagement and analytics, and occasional on-site support
  • Contribute to social media management, including content creation and monitoring engagementย 
  • Maintain and organize marketing and outreach inventory
  • Provide general marketing and outreach support

  • Paid internship ($16 for 15 hours a week). We will work with you on any class credit requirements.
