Bring Better to the Bedside as a Hospitalist in Palm Coast, FL at AdventHealth Palm Coast Hospital
We believe in bringing "better" to our local community in Palm Coast, FL - better care, better collaboration, and a deep commitment to the people we serve. If you're looking for a role that supports your professional growth and your connection to a vibrant community, we'd love to talk. We are hiring for a full-time hospitalist. Candidates must be comfortable with admissions, rounding, and discharges.
Local Team Collaboration:
  • Join our close-knit team of 14 physicians and 2 APPs at AdventHealth Palm Coast Hospital.
  • Closed ICU with 24/7 Intensivist program.

Qualifications:
  • Board-certified ABIM or ABFM within 1 year of start.
  • Previous hospitalist experience is preferred.
  • Must be comfortable collaborating with APP's who help with admissions and cross coverage calls.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • We proudly sponsor H1B & J1 visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support.

Scheduling:
  • 12-hour day rounding shifts and round-robin admissions between the 6 physician rounders.
  • We value flexibility, allowing you to spend time outdoors or with your family while fulfilling your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • See a wide variety of diseases while still having specialists available in a small community-based hospital.
  • Work in coordination with the intensivist who handles all codes and procedures, allowing you to focus on patient care and clinical decision-making.
  • Utilize EPIC with Dragon for efficient dictation and access to our internal informatics platform for streamlined workflow and communication.
