Humann is growing, and we're seeking a builderminded, creatively driven Director, Social & Influencer to stand up and scale our organic social and creator ecosystem. In this role, you'll build the strategy, systems, and daytoday execution of Humann's social and influencer programs-from content development and creator partnerships to community engagement, testing, and optimization. You'll operate at the intersection of brand, culture, and performance-working closely with Brand, Growth, PR, and Commercial teams to turn audience insights into repeatable programs, authentic creator relationships, and social content that drives meaningful impact.


Responsibilities Include:

Program Strategy & Vision

  • Define Humann's organic social and influencer strategy across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and emerging channels)
  • Establish a content philosophy and brand voice that resonates with our audience working closely with the brand team to establish foundations such as tone of voice, creator profiles, and brief templates
  • Build the roadmap for how social and influencer connect to broader marketing goals and business outcomes

Influencer & Creator Program

  • Build and manage Humann's influencer program from the ground up including strategy, creator sourcing, outreach, contracting, gifting, content approval, and performance tracking
  • Develop and scale an ambassador/affiliate network of micro and mid-tier creators in the health, fitness, wellness, and longevity space
  • Manage and allocate influencer budgets across initiatives balancing brand-building and performance goals
  • Establish systems and tooling (CRM, tracking, reporting) to manage a high volume of relationships efficiently

Content & Community

  • Oversee the organic content calendar, ensuring a consistent and compelling cadence across platforms
  • Partner with internal creatives and external agency partners to develop original short-form video, editorial, and UGC-driven content
  • Own community management standards defining how Humann engages with its audience and pulling insights from social listening
  • Repurpose and amplify creator content across owned channels to maximize reach and authenticity

Team Building & Leadership

  • Build and develop the social and influencer team beneath you as the program scales including direct reports, an internship program, and agency partners
  • Establish processes, workflows, and briefs that allow a small team to operate efficiently and produce at a high level
  • Serve as a collaborative partner to brand, paid media, PR, and commercial team

Analytics & Performance

  • Define the KPI's setting benchmarks and goals based on industry standards
  • Report on program performance regularly and use data to continuously iterate and improve
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and creator landscape shifts


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in social media and/or influencer marketing with experience spent in health, wellness, CPG, or a category with a passionate consumer community preferred
  • Demonstrated experience building a program or function from scratch with scalable systems, processes, and playbooks
  • Equal parts strategist and operator comfortable with BOTH owning the vision and executing the playbook as the program scales
  • Deep knowledge of the influencer landscape and experience finding the right creators, structuring partnerships, and measuring meaningful results
  • Strong instincts for short-form video content and what works natively on TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Familiarity with social and influencer platforms and reporting tools (e.g., Sprout, CreatorCore, GRIN, etc)
  • Clear, compelling communicator with strong cross functional skills and ability to connect with a wide range of audiences from executives to creators
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • A disrupter mentality thriving in whitespace
