| WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Social Producer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the logistical backbone of our fast-paced and scrappy social content operation-coordinating shoots, managing deliverables, and ensuring our team is set up for creative success. You'll be working closely with strategists, creatives, and influencer marketing leads to bring scroll-stopping social content to life.
| WHAT YOU GET TO DO
  • Shoot Production & Logistics:
  • Lead coordination for 3x monthly social shoots, including:
  • Location scouting and permit procurement
  • Talent identification and booking
  • Prop procurement and management
  • Transportation logistics
  • Day-of coordination and wrap support
  • Pre-Shoot Communication:
  • Proactively communicate access and logistics needs to internal teams (ex. vehicle availability, garage access, security clearance, etc) to avoid last-minute blockers.
  • Help structure shoot days with efficiency in mind to keep shoot days short and volume of content high.
  • Manage schedules and expectations to allow each team member to focus on their core responsibilities.
  • Creative Sync & Pre-Production:
  • Partner closely with the creative team to:
  • Build and maintain detailed run-of-show documents
  • Develop shot lists
  • Schedule prep meetings and ensure alignment leading into shoot days
  • Influencer Event Support:
  • Assist in producing social influencer events by securing venues, ordering food, booking transportation and travel, and managing day-of logistics.
  • Allow Influencer Marketing Manager to focus on relationship-building and partner engagement, while you support bringing events and influencer moments to life.
  • Asset Delivery Management:
  • Work closely with strategists to map out timelines that align asset production with go-live dates.
  • Oversee the delivery, editing, and approval schedule for all content across channels. Ideal candidate is familiar with platforms like HeyOrca and Smartsheets.
  • We post ~20x/month on Instagram and distribute across 9 platforms-your coordination will keep the engine running smoothly and on time.
  • Ensure all creative assets are properly uploaded, categorized, and maintained in Brandfolder.

| WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in social production, event coordination, or content project management
  • Highly detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environments
  • Flexible with early mornings, late nights, and on-site shoots 3-4 days per month. Able to travel on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Passion for social media and content creation a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for brand storytelling, community engagement, and building meaningful connections online.
  • Strong proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
