All of US Counseling Services is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in our remote school-based counseling program. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing mental health support and therapy to students from various backgrounds, facilitating their emotional and social development. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions to clients across a wide age range, tailoring approaches based on unique clinical presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate ongoing sessions with clients while managing and updating your scheduling calendar effectively, ensuring accessibility for your client base.
  • Utilize a sophisticated billing service for managing claims, client accounts receivable, insurance verifications, and payment plans, streamlining the administrative workload.
  • Engage in collaborative discussions and case reviews with fellow therapists to enhance treatment strategies and to provide the best care for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on students ranging from elementary to high school age who may be experiencing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By creating a safe space for these young individuals, you will help them develop coping strategies, emotional insights, and skills that can lead to success in both academic and personal realms.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
  • Strong commitment to professionalism, including excellent boundaries and cultural competency.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to self-direct in a remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits
