Our values: Respect Kindness Professionalism Integrity Collaboration Job type: Full-time / Part-time Territory : Greater Montreal + Remote Regions MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: To offer psychosocial support to children, adolescents, adults or families according to their needs. Intervening in mental health with a caring and professional approach (skills development, emotion management, support for social development). Plan and lead individual or group interventions. Collaborating with schools, families, and community organizations. Follow up on files according to professional standards. Write clinical reports in compliance with confidentiality (Law 25). Use a person-centered approach that promotes autonomy, inclusion, and social participation. To actively contribute to a safe and humane environment. REQUIREMENTS: (Compliant with Quebec labour standards and industry practices) DEC in social work or in a related field (special education, community intervention, human techniques). 1 to 2 years of experience (an asset in school, community, ID-ASD, mental health, youth, RPA settings). Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability. Ability to work independently and in interdisciplinary collaboration. Respect for ethics, confidentiality and the professional code of conduct. Criminal record check (mandatory). Driving licence (an asset depending on the mandates). DESIRED ASSETS: Experience in intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorder, mental health, vulnerable families, psychosocial crises, behavioral disorders. Ability to intervene calmly and professionally. A structured, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
