• Conduct thorough assessments of students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs to inform individualized treatment planning.
• Design and implement tailored therapeutic interventions aimed at addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records of student interactions and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and other stakeholders to create comprehensive support plans that promote academic and social success.
• Engage with families to provide education and resources, empowering them to support their children's mental health needs.
• Remain informed about emerging research and best practices in social work and school mental health services.

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children from diverse backgrounds who may experience varying degrees of emotional and behavioral challenges. • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the state of Nevada.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• A proactive attitude towards solving problems and developing tailored interventions.
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

• At least two years of experience working in mental health or school-based settings.
• Experience with trauma-informed care practices.
• Familiarity with digital health care platforms and remote therapy methodologies.
