Job Title: Manager on Duty
Location: Sofive Soccer Centers Columbia
Job Description:
Sofive Soccer Centers is a rapidly growing business that is developing soccer centers - modern sport complexes with small-sided soccer fields. The Manager on Duty is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Sofive Soccer facility while ensuring that customer needs are met. This position requires a person with communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversees daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
Overview, plan, monitor, and schedule all soccer programs, ensuring smooth and efficient operational procedures enabling Sofive Soccer Centers to provide the highest level of customer service.
Responds to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems in a timely and professional manner.
Ensures that all employees comply with company policies and procedures.
Monitors inventory levels, restocking supplies when necessary.
Encourages teamwork and provides guidance and support to staff.
Coordinates with other departments to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
Implements and maintains safety procedures for staff and customers.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make quick decisions.
Knowledge of basic computer software.
Organizational skills.
The pay range for this role is:
20 - 20 USD per hour
