Soccer Shots Twin Cities - Serving children ages 2-8 across the South Metro.

Soccer Shots Twin Cities is the premier children's soccer experience, focused on positively impacting kids through the game we love. Our engaging curriculum introduces children to soccer in a fun, age-appropriate way - helping them build confidence, teamwork, and character both on and off the field.
We're looking for energetic, reliable, and passionate coaches who want to make a difference in young lives! Whether you're an athlete, teacher, student, or simply love working with kids, we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Get
  • $23/hour
  • Comprehensive training in leadership, communication, and early childhood education
  • Opportunity for advancement through Tiered Roles:

Tier 1 - 15-19 sessions/week (≈10-13 hrs/week)
Tier 2 - 20-34 sessions/week (≈14-22 hrs/week) - Includes mileage reimbursement (up to $75/month), health insurance contribution (up to $75/month), 5 PTO days, and CPR certification
Tier 3 - 35+ sessions/week (≈22-25 hrs/week) - Includes mileage reimbursement (up to $150/month), health insurance contribution (up to $150/month), 10 PTO days, and CPR certification
When We Need You Most
We're especially looking for coaches who can work during:
  • Mornings: 8:45 AM - 11:30 AM
  • Evenings: 4:45 PM - 7:30 PM
  • Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 1:00 PM

These are our busiest and most impactful times - perfect for part-time workers, college students, teachers, or anyone looking to make a difference while keeping their days flexible!
What You'll Need
  • At least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Prior experience in coaching, youth sports, or early childhood education
  • A positive attitude and passion for teaching kids
  • Consistent weekly availability

Where We Coach
We operate year-round at childcare centers, recreation centers, parks, schools, and soccer clubs across the South Metro, including:
Apple Valley, Lakeville, Burnsville, Eagan, Bloomington, and surrounding areas.
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
Saturday, 8:00 AM-1:00 PM
