Detailer

Saint Cloud, MN

Join the Crew as a Vehicle Detailer!

Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for making cars look like they just rolled off the assembly line? We are looking for a high-energy Detailer to join our team and help our fleet shine! This is a Union position offering the stability and benefits that come with a structured environment.

What You'll Do

You won't just be washing cars; you'll be performing "automotive magic" to restore and protect every vehicle that comes your way. Your day-to-day will include:

  • The Deep Clean: Washing exteriors, vacuuming interiors, and making windows crystal clear.
  • The Finishing Touch: Buffing surfaces, and treating leather or vinyl to keep interiors looking plush.
  • Engine Grooming: Using steam-cleaning and specialized agents to make the engine compartment look brand new.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting for any dings, scratches, or defects and using touch-up paint or dyes to restore the "showroom" glow.  Ability to sand and buff fresh paint is a plus!
  • The Essentials: Filling tanks with fuel, replacing small defective parts, and ensuring all the right stickers are in place for the new owners.
Who You Are
  • Active & Hands-on: You enjoy a job where you're on the move-walking, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Detail-Oriented: You can spot a smudge from a mile away and take pride in a job well done.
  • Safety-Minded: You know your way around cleaning agents and tools and always use the proper protection.
  • Reliable: You're ready to work 40+ hours a week, and you're a team player who understands that Saturdays are mandatory.
  • Qualified: You possess a valid Driver's License and have the basic math and reading skills needed to follow manufacturer specs and handle simple correspondence.
The Environment

You'll be working in a dynamic atmosphere, from the quiet of the showroom to the bustling energy of the service department. You should be comfortable working in various weather conditions-whether it's a sunny day outside or a humid day in the wash bay.

Ready to get started? If you have a common-sense approach to problem-solving and a drive to maintain our vehicles in peak condition, we want to hear from you!

Would you like me to create a social media graphic or a short "help wanted" blurb based on this posting?
