About the Role:
Let's Kick Soccer Stars is looking for an energetic and passionate Soccer Coach to serve the Central and Southern Baldwin County area in Daphne, AL! This is an exciting opportunity to inspire young athletes, build fundamental soccer skills, and make a lasting impact in the local community. If you love the game and love working with kids, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Review and lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer coaching sessions for youth players
  • Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, teamwork, and more!
  • Create a positive, safe, and encouraging environment for all skill levels
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and school directors regarding player progress and schedules
  • Travel to various preschools, elementary schools, and practice field locations throughout Central and Southern Baldwin County
  • Maintain equipment and ensure proper setup and breakdown of training sessions
  • Serve as a positive role model and mentor for youth athletes
Requirements:
  • Passion for soccer and working with children and youth athletes
  • Prior coaching, teaching, or youth sports experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation to travel within Central and Southern Baldwin County
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable with a team-first attitude
