Responsibilities

•Complete and scan required record keeping forms/charts upon the guest’s admission, transfer, and/or discharge.
•Chart nurses’ notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the guest, as well as the guest’s response to the care.
•Report all discrepancies noted concerning physician’s orders, diet change, charting error, etc., to the Director of Nursing.
•Ensure that appropriate documentation concerning unauthorized discharges is entered in the guest’s medical record in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications

•Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license required or Compact State license- required.
•A minimum of 2 years LPN/LVN experience required.
•Able to educate patients and family on multiple disease processes and have good medication knowledge and wound care experience.
