Now hiring a full-time Float Nurse at Care IV Home Health! The RN Float Nurse is a Registered Nurse who provides skilled nursing and case management to Care IV Home Health's patients in the comfort of their homes. Our Float Nurse works full-time and floats, as needed, between our branch locations within the state of Arkansas. Branch locations include Little Rock, Fayetteville, Hot Springs, and Russellville AR. Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Travel anywhere within Care IV Home Health's Arkansas service area, as assigned by the company
  • Patient teaching
  • Medication administration
  • Wound care / dressing changes / wound vacs
  • Post-surgical care
  • Skilled nursing care / direct patient care
  • Patient follow-up
  • OASIS Start of Care (SOC), regular SOC, admits & discharges
  • Additional duties as assigned

Required experience:
  • We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) whose license is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
  • Excellent clinical nursing skills with at least one year of Home Health experience
  • Willingness & ability to work in any of our Care IV Home Health branch territory locations as assigned
  • As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelines & conditions of participation, we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations)
