Key Responsibilities
This role will focus on program management for Power and Performance (PnP) teams located in California and Texas. You will manage the day to day interactions of the PnP team with stakeholders, set align on clear deliverables, track progress towards milestones, problem solve with the team on how to achieve program goals, etc.
  • Contribute your expertise as a Technical Program Manager to next-generation server platforms within a matrixed organization across multiple SoC and IP teams and global locations.
  • Ensure alignment across PnP, SoC, IP and SW teams to drive the effective use of power and performance insights, improving architectural decisions, implementation efficiency, and overall product execution.
  • Define and manage program PnP requirements, scope, priorities, schedules, and deliverables with teams, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements across teams and functions. Ensure AI is heavily leveraged to achieve peak efficiency.
  • Bring up and ramp team on tooling as needed to easily track the trend for every milestone.
  • Coordinate PnP platforms' supply and demand across teams within program constraints and priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
Preferred qualifications
• AI, data center, server platform, or high-performance computing experience.
• Technical domain expertise in Power and Performance inluding system bring up, standard benchmarks, power measurement methods, etc.
• Ability to drive teams towards long-term challenging goals and intermediate milestones, as well as navigating teams through short-term, highly visible priorities.
• Proven skills: dealing with and resolving difficult and complex situations, thinking on the fly, and drive teams to meet business needs.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$197,000.00 - $295,400.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
