Pro Active Physio Clinic is seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in Auburn, Washington. This position is based in our onsite Rehabilitation Facility, designed to create a comfortable and supportive atmosphere for both patients and staff. Our team-oriented environment encourages collaboration among professionals from multiple disciplines, ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive care. You will work alongside Occupational and Speech Therapists in a facility equipped with state-of-the-art therapy tools and technologies, facilitating effective and efficient rehabilitation.

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for patients, assessing their movement, strength, and functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, addressing the unique goals and challenges of each client.
• Regularly reassess progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, utilizing our electronic record system to track patient data effectively.
• Educate patients and family members about treatment protocols, recovery expectations, and home exercise recommendations to empower them throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Achieve set utilization goals and contribute to the clinic's business objectives through proactive patient management.
• Work collaboratively with staff across disciplines to coordinate care for patients receiving multiple therapeutic services, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including children and adults from various backgrounds and with different therapeutic needs. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals recovering from injuries, managing chronic pain, or seeking rehabilitation after surgeries, and treat patients with neurological, orthopedic, and developmental challenges. This wide-ranging patient focus enables you to expand your skills and adapt your therapeutic approaches to a variety of conditions.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is preferred.
• Current and unrestricted physical therapy licensure in the state of Washington is mandatory.
• Willingness to conduct evaluations and deliver therapy in both in-person and telehealth formats as clinically appropriate.
• A strong commitment to working with a diverse patient population, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and customer service skills are essential for this role.

• Experience in a rehabilitative healthcare setting, particularly within a multidisciplinary team environment, is highly desirable.
• Experience with pediatric populations is a plus, but all candidates showing a desire to work with varied demographics are encouraged to apply.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
