What you will have an opportunity to do:
Esthetician (Non-Exempt) | Willows Lodge Spa
Reports to: Spa Manager/Spa Director | Department: Spa | Schedule: Includes weekends
The Role
Join our spa team and deliver high-touch, luxury experiences through expert skin care and body treatments. You'll perform services, build guest trust through great consultations, and help guests take the experience home with the right products.
What You'll Do
  • Perform facials, waxing, body wraps, exfoliations, masks/polish, and related treatments
  • Consult with guests to assess skin needs and recommend services
  • Maintain guest privacy, calm flow, and uninterrupted treatments
  • Prep/maintain treatment rooms daily and sterilize tools per state law
  • Keep the spa clean, stocked, and guest-ready
  • Promote and sell skincare/body products
  • Attend meetings + required product training; cross-train as licensed
  • Answer phones promptly (within 3 rings) and support guest inquiries
What You Bring
  • Active State Esthetician License
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong skin care knowledge + service instincts
  • Bonus: experience with HydraFacial and/or microcurrent equipment
Physical Requirements
  • Comfortable standing for long periods; full range of motion
  • Lift up to 30 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs
  • Repetitive motion and sustained focus required
