Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Master Esthetician to take on a lead role with the potential to mentor other estheticians, provide professional treatments, and build lasting client relationships. As a Master Esthetician, you'll assess client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and create a memorable client experience. This role requires a motivated self-starter who can help grow our client base and meet revenue goals. You'll also maintain a clean, organized work area and stay updated on industry advancements to promote and curate our services and products.
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and contraindications.
  • Recommend personalized skincare treatments and home care regimens.
  • Maintain a friendly, engaging conversation with clients to enhance their experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and promote appropriate services and products.
  • Adhere to esthetics policies, including chemical usage, equipment maintenance, and sanitation.
  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and punctually.
  • Ensure work areas, equipment, and linens are clean and sanitized.
  • Accurately document client charts and update records as needed.
  • Communicate promotions and special offers to clients.
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Washington State Licensure: Current and active Master Esthetician license.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the esthetics industry; ideally at least 1 year w/ laser treatments
  • Skills: Proficiency in a broad range of skincare treatments; strong verbal and written communication; exceptional people skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
  • Professionalism: Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to the highest standards of client care.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of skincare techniques and industry best practices.

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Prolonged periods of standing when administering treatment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 50 pounds
