Overview:
Join our top-tier dental team in Spokane Valley, WA, as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional who is eager to take their career to the next level by delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dentist in a variety of advanced dental procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for high-quality dental procedures with a focus on patient comfort and care
Place restorative fillings with precision and expertise
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene
Assist dentists during complex procedures, providing seamless support
Capture and analyze dental X-rays with accuracy
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using Dentrix software
Uphold and enforce stringent infection control protocols
Support the dental team with comprehensive documentation and record-keeping
Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in dental X-Ray imaging techniques
Expertise in Dentrix software for patient management and record-keeping
In-depth knowledge of SOAP notes and dental documentation practices
Strong understanding of infection control procedures and dental safety standards

Shift & Schedule

Consistent hours: 32 – 38 per week
8-hour day shifts, with no weekend work required

Requirements

EFDA Certification (Required)
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on dental assisting experience (Required)
Relocation to Spokane Valley, WA 99206 before starting work (Required)
