You will work to drive accurate Net Price Realization forecasting and business insights for Resource Industries by translating pricing actions, commercial activity, dealer behavior, product mix, market dynamics, and sales performance into actionable forecasts that support profitable growth and informed business decisions.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Net Price Realization (NPR) forecasts by analyzing pricing, sales, volume, product mix, escalation, commercial programs, and market trends.

  • Monitor actual pricing performance against forecasts, identify variances, and provide clear explanations of drivers impacting NPR results.

  • Partner with Pricing, Sales, Product Groups, Commercial Teams, and Finance organizations to understand factors influencing realized pricing performance.

  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports that communicate NPR trends, forecast updates, risks, opportunities, and business performance to leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Analyze sales transactions, quote activity, price realization, discounts, escalations, and competitive market conditions to identify insights and improve forecast accuracy.

  • Develop and maintain forecasting models, scenario analyses, and business assumptions used for annual planning, outlooks, and strategic decision‑making.

  • Create, maintain, and enhance automated tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions that consolidate, analyze, and visualize NPR performance.

  • Evaluate forecast accuracy, identify root causes of forecast deviations, and recommend process improvements that strengthen reporting reliability.

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews by providing NPR performance summaries, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency of assumptions, methodologies, and reporting standards.

  • Balance multiple priorities and reporting deadlines while maintaining a high level of analytical accuracy and responsiveness.

  • Communicate complex pricing, forecasting, and financial concepts clearly through presentations, summaries, and discussions with business leaders.

  • Apply critical thinking and business acumen to assess risks, opportunities, and alternative scenarios that support profitable growth.

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, SAP, or similar reporting and analytics platforms.

  • Experience automating reporting processes and creating dashboards that improve business visibility and decision‑making.

  • Strong understanding of price realization, margin performance, sales trends, and commercial performance drivers.

  • Knowledge of mining, construction, industrial equipment, manufacturing, or dealer‑distribution business models is highly desirable.

Summary Pay Range:

$112,710.00 - $169,060.00
