ShareSTAFF is hiring a Salesforce Health Cloud Architect (Remote, Contract-To-Hire) for a temp-to-hire assignment at a Remote in Phoenix, Arizona. ShareSTAFF Healthcare is seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Architect to own the design blueprint and technical vision for a federal healthcare technology platform. In this remote, contract-to-hire role, you'll translate business strategy into scalable Salesforce architecture, guide development and administration teams on complex technical solutions, and ensure every build aligns with enterprise standards and security requirements. This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership role — not a hands-on coding position — for someone who can bridge business priorities and technical execution.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the bridge between business strategy and Salesforce Health Cloud solution execution
  • Map complex business requirements to technical solutions in line with enterprise architectural plans
  • Coordinate the planning, organization, and direction of Salesforce modifications with Administrators and development teams
  • Investigate and recommend new tools and applications in support of business needs
  • Produce Proof-of-Concept applications, solutions architecture artifacts, training and development guidance artifacts
  • Mentor and provide oversight across all areas of the development lifecycle
  • Identify and mitigate business risks associated with solution architecture
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architectural design standards and security protocols
  • Partner with Project Managers and Business Analysts on high-level project schedules and resourcing
  • Lead and collaborate cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
What You Bring - Required
  • U.S. Citizenship required — no exceptions
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable adjudication under a DoD background investigation (Interim and Final)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field (with programming/database coursework), or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years general application development and support experience
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud
  • 5+ years experience with a Salesforce DevOps toolset and CI/CD practices
  • 2+ years leading technical project teams
  • Experience with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, REST
  • Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira or similar
  • Experience defining and implementing technical solutions from customer-defined objectives
  • Experience applying multiple solutions to business problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
