Packaging and Test Business Group (PBG) - AI Business and Solution Department is a newly established organization responsible for developing enterprise systems, AI solutions, and advanced analytics to support PBG business initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced AI Software Development Engineer to strengthen our capabilities in AI system development, Large Language Model (LLM) and Agent AI integration, and DevOps infrastructure.

The successful candidate will play a key technical role in productizing LLM-based solutions, integrating AI agents into PBG business systems, and leading DevOps practices to support scalable, secure, and production-grade AI applications deployed on on-premise Intel Cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Productize and integrate LLM and Agent AI solutions into PBG business systems
  • Evaluate, benchmark, and select LLMs for enterprise use cases
  • Develop backend APIs using Python and /or C#
  • Lead and enhance DevOps practices, including automation of AI/ML pipelines
  • Deploy and operate containerized, microservices-based applications using Kubernetes
  • Support CI/CD and production deployment of AI-enabled systems
Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with 1+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Data Science, or any related STEM discipline.

2+ years of experience with the following technical skills:

  • Hands-on experience with DevOps, containers, and Kubernetes
  • Experience with LLM evaluation, Agent AI, and backend API development
  • Experience managing SQL/NoSQL databases via DBaaS
  • Experience with Linux and virtualization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building ML applications using Python and/or R
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing or related domains
  • Experience deploying and maintaining production-grade systems
