Freestyle Snowboard Coaches play a vital role in developing the skills of our guests while creating positive and memorable experiences. Coaches provide advanced instruction, focusing on freestyle techniques, in a safe and engaging environment. They demonstrate empathy and professionalism while fostering a passion for snowboarding at all levels.


Responsibilities:


•Provide advanced freestyle snowboard coaching, focusing on terrain park skills and techniques

•Create a fun and safe learning environment, encouraging progression for all ability levels

•Tailor instruction to meet individual athletes needs, ensuring an exceptional experience

•Attend mandatory and optional training clinics, workshops, and exams to stay current with freestyle techniques

•Adhere to uniform and grooming policies, maintaining a professional appearance

•Show loyalty to the resort and demonstrate commitment to athlete growth


Requirements or Qualifications:

•Advanced level snowboarder with freestyle experience

•Strong understanding of terrain park features and tricks
