This isn't just another snow removal job.

You'll lead a team responsible for keeping residential sidewalks, walkways, and entrances safe during every snowfall.

  • Monitor quality throughout the route
  • Communicate with dispatch and operations
  • Follow assigned routes using company technology
  • Ensure equipment is inspected before and after each event

We're looking for leaders who take ownership and solve problems—not people who wait to be told what to do.

What We're Looking ForRequired

  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work in South Dakota winter weather
  • Reliable transportation to our shop before snow events
  • Positive attitude

  • Comfortable using tablets or GPS routing software

Leadership experience doesn't have to come from snow removal.

If you've successfully led people in construction, landscaping, farming, manufacturing, military service, or another industry, we'd encourage you to apply.

Schedule

Snow doesn't follow a schedule—and neither do we.

You'll be contacted before forecasted snow events and should be available to work:

  • 8–12 hours per snow event
  • Daytime or overnight depending on storm timing
  • Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as weather requires

You work when it snows.

Why Specialized Property Care?

We're known for professionalism, dependable service, and taking care of our people.

We don't just clear snow—we create peace of mind for homeowners by showing up when they need us most.

When you join SPC, you'll work alongside a team that values preparation, accountability, safety, and doing the job right the first time.
