Community Green Landscape Group is hiring Branch Managers in all our markets to lead commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, and snow operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, leads from the front, and delivers results.
Our clients rely on us to maintain critical commercial properties. We need a leader who takes ownership, drives accountability, and delivers consistent operational performance year-round.
Position Summary
The Branch Manager owns branch performance, profitability, and daily execution across:
  • Landscape maintenance operations
  • Enhancements and installation
  • Irrigation coordination
  • Snow & ice management
  • Team leadership and staffing
  • Client retention and satisfaction
  • Financial performance and P&L accountability
  • Revenue growth and operational efficiency

This role reports to executive leadership and is accountable for branch results.
What You'll Lead
The Branch Manager oversees a cross-functional team including:
  • Production Managers
  • Shop Mechanic
  • Account Managers
  • Territory Snow Managers
  • Seasonal Operations Teams
  • Subcontractor Networks

This role coordinates operations, sales, account management, fleet readiness, and snow execution to keep the branch safe, efficient, and profitable.
Core Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
  • Lead maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, installation, and snow operations
  • Improve route efficiency, labor productivity, scheduling, and quality
  • Ensure safe, on-time, on-budget work that meets standards
  • Run daily planning and weekly performance reviews
  • Make final decisions on operational execution

Snow & Ice Management Leadership
  • Lead pre-event planning, subcontractor deployment, equipment readiness, and storm execution
  • Manage territory-based service across large commercial portfolios
  • Enforce cycle times and operational accountability
  • Oversee snow billing, communication, and event performance

Financial & P&L Ownership
  • Own branch profitability and financial performance
  • Manage labor, equipment, subcontractor, and material costs
  • Improve margins through efficient operations and production tracking
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and collections

Team Leadership & Development
  • Hire, coach, and develop strong teams
  • Build a culture of accountability, urgency, safety, and execution
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, reviews, and development
  • Ensure staffing readiness for peak season and snow events

Client Retention & Operational Alignment
  • Build strong relationships with key commercial clients
  • Deliver service that meets client expectations
  • Resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Partner with sales to support profitable growth

Fleet, Equipment & Subcontractor Oversight
  • Keep fleet and equipment ready through preventive maintenance
  • Manage subcontractor performance during snow events and seasonal peaks
  • Reduce downtime, repair costs, and disruptions

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in commercial landscape operations, maintenance, or snow management
  • 3+ years leading teams and operations
  • Strong knowledge of commercial landscape operations, snow logistics, scheduling, and large-scale execution

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing a $5M+ portfolio
  • Experience with subcontractor-heavy operations
  • Experience with Aspire or similar software
