Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Shovel Truck Foreman to lead a small crew of three men in executing shovel truck operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a pre-programmed route, managing the crew, logging services performed, and occasionally performing limited shoveling tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a shovel truck along a pre-programmed route to provide services.
  • Supervise and manage a team of three men, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Log all services performed, including areas serviced, times, and any issues encountered.
  • Perform limited shoveling tasks as needed.
  • Maintain communication with the office regarding any changes in the route or issues that arise.
  • Ensure the shovel truck is properly maintained and report any maintenance needs or mechanical issues.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure the team follows safety guidelines.
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar field.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
