Responsibilities- Operate snow and ice removal equipment, such as Ventrac SSVs and Bobcat L-28 wheel loaders, to clear walkways and driveways according to contract specifications and safety standards
- Perform snow and ice removal tasks during all hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed during snow events
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, ensuring that existing landscaping and property are not damaged during snow removal operations
- Care for and maintain company-provided equipment, tools, and vehicles
- Respond promptly to snow events as an essential service provider, supporting the local community and businesses
- Experience operating small or heavy equipment for snow removal (such as plows, snowblowers, and shovels)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in cold, icy, and snowy conditions
- Availability to work variable hours, including being on call 24/7 during snow events (with advance notice for scheduling needs)
- Reliable transportation to the shop or first job site at any time of day or night
- Valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
