Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment such as plow trucks, compact loaders, or skid steers to remove snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and parking lots according to contract specifications and safety standards.
  • Respond promptly to snow events, providing emergency snow removal services at any hour, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site, ensuring that existing landscaping and property are protected during snow removal operations.
  • Perform routine care and maintenance of company-provided equipment, tools, and vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and thorough service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Experience operating snow removal equipment such as plow trucks or skid loaders with plow attachments.
  • Reliable transportation to the shop or job site at any time of day or night.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work variable hours, including being on call 24/7 during snow events (advance notice for scheduling conflicts may be accommodated).
  • Physically able to perform demanding work outdoors in cold, icy, and snowy conditions.
  • Must provide own cold weather clothing, including winter boots, coat, hat, and gloves.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
