Snow Removal Crew Member:

  • Safely and efficiently operating a variety of snow removal and salt spreading equipment
  • Shovels snow to create a safe pathway for the public, pedestrians, and traffic
  • Salt-Spreading on sidewalks and walking pathways by using hand-held salt spreaders, shovels, and buckets
  • Providing 24/7 critical snow and ice management services
  • Always representing the company in a professional manner and appearance


Requirements:


  • At least 1 year experience pushing snow on commercial lots
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen
  • Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
  • Able to be on call 24/7 during winter season months
  • Able to handle the physical demands of the position
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Accountability to themselves and to their team
  • Be someone others want to work with
