Position: EVS Attendant Department: EVS Reports To: EVS Manager/General Manager
Salary Type: Hourly


Position Summary: The EVS Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of the venue in accordance with SNHD health standards within a resort-style pool and events environment. This role supports daily operations by ensuring all guest-facing and back-of-house areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained while contributing to a professional and service-focused atmosphere at Soleia Las Vegas.


Essential Functions

The following duties are representative of the essential functions of this position and are not intended to be all-inclusive:

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all guest-facing and back-of-house areas in accordance with SNHD health standards
  • Clean and sanitize all surfaces throughout the venue, including tables, chairs, booths, glass, mirrors, doors, walls, light fixtures, railings, and other high-touch areas
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain all floor surfaces, including stairs and high-traffic areas
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including stalls, sinks, faucets, urinals, toilets, and floor surfaces
  • Perform trash removal and proper disposal in accordance with cleanliness and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, offices, storage areas, and service corridors
  • Clean and maintain bar areas, including countertops, sinks, stainless steel surfaces, floors, and wells
  • Dust and maintain all surfaces to ensure a clean and polished appearance throughout the venue
  • Clean upholstery, curtains, seating, and other fabric surfaces as required
  • Perform carpet care, including vacuuming, spot cleaning, extraction cleaning, and gum removal
  • Polish and maintain surfaces including brass, stainless steel, and wood finishes
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuums, extraction machines, floor scrubbers, and steam cleaners
  • Assist with movement and organization of storage items and equipment to support operational needs
  • Identify and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns to management in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding operational needs or concerns
  • Support team members across departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Maintain a professional, polished appearance in accordance with grooming standards
  • Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented attitude
  • Adhere to all company service procedures, operational standards, and safety guidelines
  • Assist with and/or complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain required work cards (Food Handler Card, Alcohol Awareness Card, Gaming Registration and any other required certifications)
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written)
  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in hospitality, resort-style venues, high-volume food and beverage service

  • Fast-paced, high-volume, high-energy hospitality environment including club, pool, lounge, bar, restaurant, and nightlife settings
  • Exposure to varying noise levels, crowds, and entertainment elements including music, lighting effects, and seasonal events
  • Indoor and outdoor work environments with exposure to hot and cold surfaces, wet floors, steam, and varying weather conditions
  • Schedule may include nights, weekends, holidays, and extended or varied shifts based on business needs
  • Must maintain a friendly, guest-focused demeanor and willingness to engage with guests at all times
