Line Cook II - Employee Dining Room (Harrah's Laughlin)

We're looking for a reliable, energetic Line Cook to help prepare the fresh, flavorful dishes Harrah's is known for. This is a handson role in a fastpaced kitchen where teamwork, consistency, and attention to detail make all the difference.

  • 3 to 6 months of kitchen experience in a restaurant, hotel, or casino preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and cooking sequences
  • Comfort using kitchen tools such as knives, fryers, grills, and ovens
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a highheat, fastpaced environment

Requirements

  • Valid SNHD Health Card
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
  • Basic math skills for measurements and portioning
  • Fluent in English for effective communication
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
