Nurse Practitioner – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Full-Time | W2 | Weekdays | On-Site

$150,000–$180,000 annually (DOE) + Full Benefits

We are hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality medical care in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). This is a stable, full-time W2 position offering competitive compensation, strong clinical autonomy, and a predictable weekday schedule.

This role is ideal for an NP who enjoys post-acute care, values collaboration, and is comfortable managing patients independently in an SNF setting.
