As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at Snake River Sporting Club, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of member homes and guest rooms to the highest standards. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at Snake River Sporting Club, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of member homes and guest rooms to the highest standards. 1. Room Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Clean and maintain member homes and guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
• Ensure all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures are dusted and polished.

1. Attention to Detail:

• Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest level of cleanliness.
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items in guest rooms promptly.

1. Guest Service:

• Provide courteous and efficient service to guests.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Ensure guest privacy and security are maintained at all times.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk and other hotel/club departments.

1. Adherence to Standards:

• Follow all housekeeping and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Adhere to established cleaning schedules and quality control measures.

1. Inventory Management:

• Monitor and report on the usage of cleaning supplies and amenities.
• Report low stock levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
