Job description

Position Summary

The Renewable Energy Project Coordinator & Sales Support professional serves as the operational backbone of our Renewable Energy Solutions Team.

Working closely with our Renewable Energy Sales  Engineer, you'll coordinate customer projects, prepare quotations, manage project opportunities, and help ensure projects move efficiently from inquiry through execution.

This position allows our engineering and business development team to focus on strategic growth, new product development, and expanding Snake Tray's presence throughout the renewable energy market.

This role offers significant opportunity for career advancement into project management, technical sales, business development, or renewable energy engineering support.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and Requests for Quotation (RFQs)
  • Perform project discovery to gather technical and commercial information
  • Prepare material take-offs and quotations for standard product offerings
  • Coordinate project opportunities from initial inquiry through project completion
  • Maintain project pipelines in Monday.com and Global Shop Solutions ERP
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups with EPCs, contractors, distributors, and end users
  • Schedule and participate in Microsoft Teams meetings with customers and internal teams
  • Document meeting notes, action items, and project milestones
  • Coordinate priorities between Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Production
  • Support project-specific design-build opportunities
  • Assist with renewable energy trade shows, customer visits, and industry conferences
  • Help improve internal workflows and customer experience

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, sales support, customer service, estimating, or construction administration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:

  • Renewable Energy (Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems, EV Infrastructure)
  • Manufacturing
  • Electrical construction
  • Commercial construction
  • Engineering support
  • Material take-offs
  • Quoting or estimating
