MSFA serves as the public owner of U.S. Bank Stadium, responsible for safeguarding the stadium's long-term value on behalf of the people of Minnesota

The organization oversees major public-private agreements, capital reinvestment planning, financial stewardship, and governance functions supporting the stadium's continued success as a premier destination for sports, entertainment, civic events, and community engagement. The Executive Director serves as the organization's principal administrator, managing a small but highly impactful team, and in conjunction with the Chair, overseeing complex relationships with key partners including the Minnesota Vikings, stadium operator, government entities, consultants, and contractors. This is an exceptional opportunity for a collaborative and highly credible leader who enjoys managing complexity, building trusted relationships, and advancing large-scale projects.
