Job description

Summary:

Keeps office building and/or work area in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.ย 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space.
  • Empties trash and garbage containers.
  • Maintains building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
  • Stocks snack and soda machines.
  • Performs limited grounds maintenance.
  • Replaces air conditioner filters.
  • Assists in sanitation control and checks safety hazards.
  • Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
