About Snack Innovations
Snack Innovations is a leading manufacturer of better-for-you salty snack food located in Piscataway NJ. We produce a wide range of snack chips, sticks, straws, curls and popcorn.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily operational and administrative activities within our growing company.
This role involves reviewing product and packaging details for accuracy, tracking vendor and procurement timelines in line with production, and ensuring materials and deliverables stay on schedule. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Review documents, product details, and packaging information for accuracy
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding timelines and deliveries
  • Track purchase orders, shipments, and project status updates
  • Follow up on outstanding items to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and internal documentation
  • Support operations, procurement, and administrative processes
  • Assist with cross-functional projects and internal coordination
  • Attend meetings and communicate updates with internal teams
  • Identify and escalate delays or issues proactively
  • Review and confirm quality standards of all new packaging ordered/received
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
