About Snack Innovations
Snack Innovations is a fast-growing consumer packaged goods company with a passion for better-for-you snacking and the parent brand behind Drizzilicious, Natural Endurance, Smart Fries, and Sunday Snacks. Operating as both a private label manufacturer and direct-to-consumer snack brand innovator, were rapidly expanding and looking for driven, entrepreneurial people to grow with us.
This Project Administrator provides crucial operational and secretarial support to project managers. They maintain project documentation, track budgets, monitor resource schedules, and ensure projects adhere to organizational methodologies. They serve as the central hub of communication between project teams, vendor and stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities

  • Documentation Management: Keeping project plans, risk logs, and status reports updated, connecting with vendor and staying organized.
  • Financial & Resource Tracking: Monitoring project expenses, resource allocation, and budget burn rates.
  • Meeting Coordination: Scheduling stakeholder meetings, recording meeting minutes, and tracking action items to ensure follow-up.
  • Reporting: Compiling project metrics and building dashboards for leadership and executives.
  • Methodology Enforcement: Assuring that the team complies with internal delivery standards and governance practices.
Key Skills Required

  • Organization: 2-3 years of high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
