Operating as both a private label manufacturer and direct-to-consumer snack brand innovator, we’re rapidly expanding and looking for driven, entrepreneurial people to grow with us.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and motivated Product Development Administrative Coordinator to support our Product Development team and help us create the best snacks on earth.
This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Product Development department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Core Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for daily Product Development operations
  • Process and coordinate customer and sales sample requests
  • Schedule production trials and product development activities
  • Maintain ingredient libraries, product databases, and vendor records
  • Manage third-party certification administration and supplier approval documentation
  • Coordinate product and material sample requests and shipments
  • Generate reports, spreadsheets, forms, labels, and correspondence
  • Organize meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, and trade show activities
  • Communicate effectively with sales, logistics, and production teams
  • Ensure documentation and processes comply with FDA, OSHA, GFSI, HACCP, and food safety standards
  • Support recordkeeping and documentation management across departments
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of office administration, office assistant, or related experience required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management/ERP software
  • Experience in food manufacturing or regulated industries is a plus
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Piscataway, NJ required
