Job description

Farmington Country Club presents an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our dynamic seasonal Food and Beverage Operations team in a hybrid role serving as both a 10th Tee Snack & Beverage Bar Attendant and Poolside Grill Bartender. This position is essential to delivering exceptional service across two of the Club's most popular seasonal venues, providing members and their guests with fast, friendly, and attentive hospitality throughout the golf and pool seasons. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, is highly organized, enjoys engaging with members, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences through outstanding food and beverage service. Whether serving golfers on the course or members relaxing poolside, this role requires a commitment to hospitality, efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional service standards.
The 10th Tee Snack & Beverage Bar serves as a convenient grab-and-go refreshment stop located between holes 9 and 10 on Farmington's beautiful golf course, offering golfers a chance to refresh and refuel before continuing their round. The Poolside Grill is Farmington's vibrant, family-friendly seasonal dining venue, operating daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day and serving as a social hub for members enjoying lunch, dinner, beverages, ice cream, milkshakes, and specialty drinks. In this hybrid role, responsibilities include preparing and serving food and beverages, crafting consistent, high-quality cocktails, maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked service areas, processing transactions, and providing warm, personalized service in both settings. • Maintain appropriate inventory levels for food and beverage products, anticipate business demands, rotate stock, and ensure proper storage and security of all products, including alcoholic beverages.
  • Complete requisitions for food and beverage products as needed and communicate inventory and supply requirements to management.
  • Secure and properly store all alcoholic beverages at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidence, and accountability while working independently for extended periods.
