SVI Electronics [USA] LLC is part of SVI Public Company Limited, a global electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider serving customers across North America, Asia, and Europe. Established in the U.S. in 2024, our Vancouver, Washington facility provides local engineering support, customer collaboration, and product launch capabilities while connecting customers to SVI's global manufacturing network. SVI specializes in PCBA, box build assembly, automated manufacturing, new product development, supply chain management, and quality-driven manufacturing solutions.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented SMT Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role responsible for operating, setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining SMT equipment to support high-quality PCB assembly and manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate SMT equipment, including screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.
  • Load and verify components according to work orders and production requirements.
  • Perform machine changeovers and verify setups for production runs.
  • Troubleshoot SMT equipment, feeder, and process issues to keep production running efficiently.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Inspect circuit boards and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on SMT equipment.
  • Read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and production documentation.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet production goals.
  • Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Pay & Benefits
  • Job Pay Transparency: The pay range for this position is $23.00โ€“$33.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors. In addition to base pay, SVI USA offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement benefits, and other company-provided benefits.
