Job description

Job Summary
Provides exceptional customer service acting as a liaison between the store, its customers and associates. Resolve customer concerns and provide product and operational information as needed. Exercises multitasking abilities to support department operations through cashiering and bagging responsibilities.
Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Execute proper cash handling and payment processing in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Reliably conduct the checkout responsibilities of a cashier in accordance with company policy and procedures
  • Resolves customer product issues through returns, refunds, and exchanges as situations demand
  • Fields phone calls and operates phone tree in accordance with IT standard operating procedure
  • Monitors and utilizes shared CSR email account to communicate necessary information and stay informed on company communications
  • Performs Customer Service desk duties as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Works in a non-smoking store environment where there is occasional discomfort due to exposure to dust/pollen, elements, temperatures changes, and infrequent environmental noise.
