MELODY SMOKE & VAPE in Carmel, IN, is on the hunt for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team who is living with in 5 mile radius of the store. If you're passionate about creating a welcoming environment, driving results, and leading a team to success, this could be the perfect role for you.


What You’ll Be Doing

As our Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store. Here’s a glimpse of your key responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized store.
