Job description

The Gift Shop Clerk is responsible for preparing food and beverage orders and selling merchandise to guests. 

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

  • Maintains awareness of guest's needs and assists with product knowledge.

  • Responsible for cash bank and retail transactions.

  • Responsible for merchandise displays, cleanliness, and inventory needs.

  • Take and prepare food and beverage orders.

  • Plans, organizes, and completes work timely.

  • Takes initiative, shows ownership, and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs.

  • Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors.

  • Ability to use all equipment associated with the position.

  • Must have cash-handling experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Adhere to all Risk/Safety policies.

  • Receive and maintain all required certifications.

  • Complete all required company training.
  • Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.

  • Must be able to work various hours which include, but are not limited to, nights, weekends, and holidays.
