HR Clerk

Johnson Service Group is looking for an HR Clerk for one of our contract manufacturing clients in San Jose. This role supports daily HR operations, employee programs, reporting, and administrative processes while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Responsibilities include generating and distributing weekly staffing agency timecard reports. Maintain HR reports, including timekeeping, overtime analysis, attendance, and compliance reports. Prepare monthly evacuation lists. Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities. Maintain HR and insurance documentation through scanning and filing. Support employee engagement activities and company events. Manage Quarterly Dosimetry Program badge distribution and results communication. Maintain snack room supplies and inventory. Provide receptionist backup support, including badge creation, interview scheduling, agency communication, locker/shoe voucher issuance, smock program maintenance, and office supply ordering. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications include 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in HR. Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience. Strong confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
