Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is looking for an IT Administrator with User Access experience. The role involves managing user accounts and permissions, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
Responsibilities:
• Manage user accounts and permissions: Creating and deleting user accounts, setting and modifying user permissions, and managing access to different systems and resources.
• Providing technical support: Responding to user inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Managing passwords: Resetting passwords for users and enforcing password policies.
• Ensuring compliance with SOX and IT General Controls and security policies: Monitoring user activity and ensuring that users adhere to the A. O. Smith security policies.
• Maintaining documentation: Updating documentation on user accounts and permissions.
• Provide support as subject matter expert on medium to large-sized IT projects and implementation initiatives.
• Develop IT Administrator compliance documentation to ensure A. O. Smith's information technology systems and processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years equivalent work experience in information technology
• At least 7 years' experience with Associate's Degree in Information Technology
• At least 3 years' experience with Audit and Compliance programs
• Demonstrated understanding of information technology systems, applications, user provisioning rights, policies, standards, industry best practice requirements, including but not limited to: privileged access, audit and regulatory laws, governance, risks, and compliance.
• Strong organizational skill and be able to attend to and prioritize projects.
• Demonstrable analytical and technical aptitude with focus on identify and alleviating the root cause of the issue.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport building, listening, and questioning skills.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders including senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability to write audit reports and to participate in presentations
• Extensive application support experience with Microsoft Office and Windows.

• Exposure to global organizations
