Job description

What you'll take charge of
  • Own day-to-day coordination for an assigned production cell and keep operations flowing.
  • Train manufacturing associates and verify compliance to the inspection plan.
  • Partner with Technicians to confirm machines/equipment are producing compliant product.
  • Run assigned work centers and assembly stations; set up tables, fixtures, and more.
  • Complete production reporting and transactions in IQMS and similar systems.
  • Champion 6S and Lean practices; maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Review SOPs/work instructions and recommend improvements.
  • Assist Engineering on new project setups and process flows.
  • Operate secondary automation equipment once trained.
  • Perform inspections, identify defects, and resolve issues using root cause analysis.
  • Execute line clearances and documentation; pack, weigh, and label parts accurately.
  • Support work order changes and ensure paperwork/labels match physical counts.
  • Escalate quality and documentation concerns to Assistant Supervisors/Supervisors.
  • Track output against standards; uphold efficiency, housekeeping, and safety (including ‘Lock Out Tag Out’ as an affected employee).
  • Show up consistently and professionally; pitch in with other tasks as needed.
What you bring
  • High School Diploma or GED; minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Proven multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Comfort following written instructions; able to speak, read, and comprehend English.
  • Self-driven with required mechanical aptitude.
  • Leadership experience preferred; strong communication, computer, and math skills.
