Job Overview: The smash truck operator is a key position in the company and success of the business. The truck operator is the service provider to the customer and will perform demonstrations, project related smashes and, routed service smashes in the territory of Beaumont/Port Arthur/Orange, Texas. A great opportunity to relieve stress by destroying trash with the 3-ton rolling smash barrel. The operator may also acquire new customers by offering outstanding service and are rewarded for bringing new business to the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Safely drive the truck and perform smash operations on customer sites.

· Maintain job records and inspection logs in software programs.

· Perform minor repair and maintenance on the equipment.

· Exhibit and portray themselves as professional, courteous, and safety-minded to the customer

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record
• Able and willing to operate 26,000 lb truck
• Professional, courteous, disciplined, motivated, and pro-active
• CDL not required
• Driving, background and drug testing required
