What You Will Do:
  • Evaluating processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions (using ESRI and MAVEN Smart Systems)
  • Leading ongoing reviews of current operations processes and developing optimization strategies
  • Respond to live requests and events with clients
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
  • Developing visualizations for high priority client needs using mapping and data science tools, all within MAVEN Smart Systems
  • Performing requirements analysis
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports and visualizations
  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
  • Ensuring solutions meet client needs and requirements through internal reviews
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
  • Updating, implementing, documenting, and maintaining procedures
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on client needs and requirements
  • Managing competing resources and priorities

What You Will Need:
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
    o Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree; FOUR (4) years of military, GIS, or data analysis related equivalent experience may be used in lieu of degree
  • THREE (3) or more years' experience in IT or Data Analysis

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
  • Experience with MAVEN Smart Systems or Palantir systems

  • Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) environments and operations
  • Experience with transportation management systems
  • Experience supporting or delivering large scale IT system deployments

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000.00-$113,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
